Program very informative and supportive
I am 63 years old and consider myself in good health overall. When I discovered bulging, pulling and heaviness in my pelvic area, it felt terrifying. I participated in the Lift Program and finished 5 weeks. I am now on Maintenance and added some more exercises to strengthen my upper body from Dr Bri’s videos on YouTube. Big encouragement I have received from Anna in one of Bonus Training videos "Scar Tissue Release". Her information was very valuable for me. After completing the program, my bulge still comes out on and off, but it is much better now. I do not regret buying this program and I would recommend it to anyone who is dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction. After 5 weeks I can already see a change and I am positive I can continue to improve my condition even more. The program was very informative and gave me hope.
Thank you Dr Bri for her kindness and hard work.

Surrender to little by little and make it last
Hi Dr. Bri. I am Lydia. 52 years.
I did the 5 week Lift program this summer. And I got to say, the best thing for me is to continue doing is one of the simple morning primers: on my knees, zip up core, & lift each leg 10 times. What I mean is, I’m trying to carve out the time for myself to do that everyday. I’m recognizing that it’s important just to make it permanent- that habit. It takes so long for my will to acquiesce! I want fast results. But I know that just like my piano teacher said, it matters less how much I practice and more that I struggle to make it (practicing) a habit everyday. Then…. “Long time later” , I can focus on adding more.
It’s working. I am very thankful for this program. Little by little adds up to a lot

Lydia - thank you for sharing the specific morning primer that helped you the most... that one is my favorite, too!!! Morning primers are a tool you can use for LIFE, and it sounds like you're on your way to making it a permanent/ingrained habit (just like brushing your teeth). Your statement that "little bit little adds up to a lot" is so true, and it's something I want all of my Lift clients to hear. I'm going to go share your words in the FemSquad community right now :) Thanks so much for your review of Lift! ~Bri

Love the Program
Currently I am doing both the Overcome and the Lift Programs. The exercises in the programs are wonderful, and they have taught me how to properly do the exercises that I have done for years without causing problems to my pelvic floor! I really appreciate the contact from the same Vibrant Support Specialist - this makes me feel like I have a real connection. Thank you so much! And I am only one month in to the Overcome Program! I look forward to continuing on!

Very pleased—age 67
Prolapse was beginning to sideline my confidence and my life even changed my exercise program. Started with week 1 lift, added a kegel camp daily, added, quick butt daily and added sidelying workout. Purchased Lift. Very pleased with results obviously! Thanks!!

Barb, this is wonderful! I'm so glad you were able to HELP YOURSELF by taking matters into your own hands and finding exercise solutions that worked for your needs. Thank you for sharing the tools you used, this is really helpful for other people who might read your review. (I happen to love the sidelying workout, so I'm really glad you added that one to your routine) >>> My guess is that you're feeling stronger and more toned than ever! Congrats! ~Bri

Grateful
To put this in perspective, I am 75, a retired physician, and have had pelvic pain for 15 years. I was told that I had levator ani syndrome, that there was no cure, that stress played a large part, and that rectal valium was pretty much the only effective treatment. I admit rectal valium does help relieve the perirectal spasm but the side effects and potential for addiction keep me from using it more than once monthly when the pain was really severe. I also had some myofascial therapy therapy which seemed to help but was only once every couple of weeks and once stopped the pain came back. Since starting the Vibrant Pelvic Health program with Michael about 7 weeks ago the pain has gone down significantly from a 9 to a 2-5 (fluctuations through the day). During the first 4 weeks of this program my pain diminished substantially; however with starting week 5 I had a flare-up and as was suggested I went back and to doing weeks 3 and 4 again. This proved to be very helpful and now I am in week 5 without any flare-up. I do the routine when I wake up in the morning and then during the day do the recommended stress reduction techniques and meditation. I also walk 2-3 miles daily as well as garden. My diet is the Wahl's paleo diet which emphasizes nutrient dense food with minimal toxin exposure. (This seems to work for me as I have Celiac disease and can't consume many foods including those that contain gluten and dairy. I recognize and support the notion that everyone needs to determines what works for them in the way of food/nutrition.)
In short, I think that this program for men is really outstanding. I have not felt this good in years and am hopeful that I can improve even more. With the fluctuations in pain through the day I have become much more aware of triggers and also the stresses in my life that likely contributed to the development of this condition. Also during the morning routine I pay particular attention to the emotions and thoughts that come to mind. I can then release them and go back to focusing on the actual exercises and breath work. I think one of the most important things I have learned from this program and Michael's words is to take it slow and listen to my body and emotional state. The community and comments from others has been very helpful as well. Michael's willingness and effectiveness in response is a blessing.

Dr. Bri's Programs work!!
3 years ago I became a mom, had a “great”/ normal vaginal delivery, went to a Pelvic Floor Therapist (PFT) like I thought I was “supposed” to do & then was coached to do exercises that my body was not yet ready for & 2 month later discovered I had POP (pelvic organ prolapse). My PFT denied it, while me and my husband were shocked at her dismissal of my obvious symptoms (a OBGYN later graded me with 3 prolapses, stages 2-3).
I purchased Overcome Pelvic Pain & Lift. I first took 6 months to slowly go through OPP with a fine-tooth comb & felt more released and relaxed than ever before in my life, in my own body day to day. I then started LIFT & took about 8 weeks to go through it.
Today, I feel so strong, balanced and connected, and just RIGHT. It’s unbelievable. I have such great daily habits set in place, that I’m excited about doing every morning.
And 3 years after giving birth, and approaching 40 soon, I feel relief and know how to manage my symptoms. I feel empowered and energized. I know my body better than ever before in my life. I know that each day & week are different based on my cycle & life choices, but I know what to do to stay safe.
Best of all, I've watched my body change and my symptoms lesson in significant ways! There are days & weeks were I have no symptoms at all! Best of all, I have no more pelvic tension, and I can release in an instant if I ever need to!
I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Bri & her beautiful community to keep me accountable and hopeful in the days, weeks, months and years ahead!
