They have court action against them for not processing players withdrawals. Stay Away!

I’m warning all players not to fall for this scam project called Vibebet. I made a $15 deposit and increased it to $30. Two weeks passed after I requested a withdrawal. I asked support when they would process it. They replied that there was no set timeframe and told me to wait for an email notification. After a long time, I received an email stating that I needed to complete verification. I successfully completed the verification and requested the withdrawal again. A while later, I received another email notification stating that I needed to go through verification again. Let me remind you: my verification had already been approved! There were green checkmarks everywhere! I should clarify that the verification is handled by the Sumsub service. Once that service approves the verification, there is no need to go through it again (I have used this service for verification many times). The point I’m making is that this casino is a SCAM !!!!!!!!! I’m not going to file a formal complaint over a measly $15, but I want to warn other players: stay away from this place. No one will ever pay out your winnings, even if the amount is small.

On m’a annoncé que mon compte était inactif alors que ça fait plus de 3 semaines que je suis sur ce compte et ce site vivebet donc j’aimerais qu’on me rende mon compte car j’avais de l’argent dessus et j’aimerais tout récupéré.

Escroquerie. Dépôt de 100 euros avec un bonus 50%. Suite à ce bonus, j’ai mise soit disant 50% des 150 euros sur un seul et même paris. Ce qui veut que l’ensemble des gains par la suite ont été annulés : 10000 euros de gains. Fuyez et ne jouer plus au casino.

Réclamation contre Vibebet – Retrait de 5 000 € retardé. Je dépose cette réclamation concernant Vibebet car j'attends depuis le 2 août 2026 le traitement de mon retrait de 5 000 €. La vérification de mon compte a été effectuée avec succès et j'ai fourni tous les documents demandés par le casino. Il ne manque plus aucune vérification. Malgré la vérification complète de mon compte, mon retrait n'a toujours pas été approuvé ni effectué. Le service client continue de me demander d'attendre sans fournir d'explication claire ni de délai réaliste quant au traitement de mon retrait.

Avoid this bookie, very sketchy. One of my bets just disappeared into oblivion (and the stake as well obviously), issue was never resolved despite the fact they were "looking into the matter". Asked for a withdrawal of my meager wins (maybe like 150€ after they limited me pretty much instantly), still pending after 4 days. Chat support useless as you can imagine, serving automatic answers. Probably will get the money after complaining 100 times, but please don't create an account there, really not worth it.
