We took our family of 5 to Cuba and Davied and Claudia were amazing! They took great care of us through the entire trip. I was so impressed with all the excursions and restaurant recommendations they provided. I would use them again the next time we go! They even went out of their way for us.

Davied and Sahily truly exceeded expectations in making my Cuba trip extraordinary. Their unwavering dedication was evident in flawlessly coordinating every detail. With a meticulous approach, they crafted an impeccable itinerary, skillfully curating a mix of thrilling excursions. This not only ensured my safety as a solo traveler but also provided opportunities to immerse myself in the most remarkable and authentic experiences Cuba has to offer. Their commitment and precision in planning transformed my journey into an unforgettable adventure. I am deeply thankful for their expertise, making my travel experience smooth, enjoyable, and truly exceptional.

I am happy that I chose Davied for my first trip to Cuba. When I connected with him he made me feel very comfortable since he is very friendly and professional. Davied was in charge of focusing on the places I wanted to visit, my interests, my budget and depending on how many places I wanted to visit per day. Any question I had,he answered at any time of the day and not only about my itinerary, I also had other questions such as life insurance and currency exchange, etc. During my trip, his assistant was in charge of answering all my questions, such as where the taxi would pick me up and at what time. Davied sent me a voice message to see if everything was going well or if I had any other questions. I traveled with my husband and friend and had an incredible experience. I had a lot of fun and if I traveled again I would definitely contact Davied to plan my trip.

"We have no words that can express our gratitude to Davied for all he did to make sure our visit to Cuba was a wonderful experience. We traveled from the United States under the Support to the Cuban People category, and were not clear about all the guidelines. He prepared for us a complete guide, with full days schedule of the things that we could do, see, experience and enjoy that fall under the above mentioned category. From the moment we got in contact with Davied he guided us of what we could, or could not do. Kept us informed of every step, did all the reservations we needed in great Paladares, and help me surprise my wife for our 25th Wedding Anniversary with flowers, cake, wine and wonderful live music. They also organized our tours with Eduardo; the owner of El Dorado, a beautiful 1952 Chevrolet DeLuxe, and another great guy that we recommend for your tours while in the island. Davied is very professional, trustworthy and a very reliable person that we are very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with, and highly recommend if you are thinking on visiting Cuba. I have to mention that not only he took care of all our reservations, but he also called the places we were dinning, the driver during tours and contact us several times during our trip. It was my wife and I dream for many, many years to visit Cuba, and I can say that we had an experience beyond what we expected. Beautiful beaches, great food, amazing music and overall wonderful, welcoming and warm people, that made us feel right at home. We’ll be eternally grateful to Davied for helping us made our dream come true. "

I had a great experience with my Viajero guide Davied. He planned an amazing trip for me in Cuba that allowed me to see the highlights while also going off the beaten tourist path. He has a network of people on the ground that supported me throughout my trip. Claudia, in particular, was super helpful and responsive & was in constant contact with me throughout my journey. I so thankful for the support of Davied and his team and would highly recommend him & Viajero for anyone thinking of traveling yo Cuba!

My name is Greg and I travelled to Cuba from 01/09/2023 to 16/09/2023. Since Cuba is an exotic and unknown place for Greeks I selected ViaHero to help me organise my trip. I specifically selected Davied based on the highest recommendations he has, which were all confirmed by my experience! Davied and his assistant Sahily helped me organise my full trip adding many and various adventures. They helped me before and during the entire trip and were always available and helpful, ready to solve my every problem and respond to any question I had. The journey would not be as amazing as it was with Davied and Sahily’s help. With their support, they did not only made my journey as easy as can be, but they added the magic by including a variety of activities such as visiting an ecological house and a catamaran tour where I did swim with dolphins! Davied and Sahily are the best at what they do, they love their job and love Cuba. I highly recommend them to anyone who would like to live the full Cuba experience 💯💯💯
