I would give them no stars if this was possible and will avoid this company like the plague. They stated on their website that their product was "in stock and ready to ship" and also promised "fast shipping". After receiving an immediate confirmation email which stated (among other things) that I would receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information within 24 hours I then heard nothing further and finally (12 days later after numerous frustrating email and telephone exchanges) they finally told me that the item was out of stock and gave me my money back. I'm not convinced that the product ever even existed. This is not an ethical company

Another YouTube scam.

As I am in Germany right now, my online order was placed on May 14, 2025, for 2 packages vexclean gel, payment to be done with credit card, delivery to an address in Germany. The same day I received an order confirmation about 4(!) packages vexclean gel, total amount € 67,86. I immediately sent an email asking for correction of the order, because I only ordered 2. Same day, five minutes after reception of my mail I received an email from the company pretending my order was already in the delivery process, nothing could be changed. That was certainly not true. Referring to European consumer protection law I then revoked the whole order and withdrew my consent to charge my credit card. Repeatedly I received mails telling me that nothing could be changed any more, but I would receive a tracking number. Of course I haven't received any tracking number, but the company charged my credit card!!! To me this is fraudulent business practice, what I have told them, to no avail, of course.
