Horrible service. Using the USPS to deliver needed medications is an idiotic way to do business. Medications arrive late or are lost by the shipper. And when you contact them asking for help, their response is always the same. “Our hands are tied.” Run, do not walk, away from this awful company.

Asinine and nonsensical company. As a veterinarian (licensed in 2 states) seeking to obtain basic heartworm preventative for my personal pets, I was told, nearly a month after placing my initial order, my order would not be accepted because they are unable to add my licenses to their system. The manner in which my order was handled causes me serious concern as to the reliability of this company. Spend a couple of extra dollars and order from Chewy, who, in my experience, has a first rate veterinary pharmacy. Vickie A. Coomber, DVM, JD

This pharmacy pays kickbacks to Vets who prescribe their products. Their Pharmacy Tech Jean found nothing unethical about this practice. You need to wonder next time your Vet prescribes something from Vetsource if s/he is doing so to help your pet or to benefit their pocketbook.

I have experienced for 3 times either delayed or no delivery. They always say that they're waiting for vet approval and I contact the vet to be told that they don't have a request to fill a prescription. I refuse to use this company anymore and I will use any other source besides this one.

Horrible customer service. Products don't ship when they are supposed to, Prices are sky high. You can save money but ordering through Costco or Allivet Pet Pharmacy. You will save 20%. Avoid these people like the plague.

Credit card was charged on date of purchase and estimated delivery of meds was 2/5 - 2/6. On 2/10 I received email notification that the order was cancelled because they'd been unable to reach my vet. (They'd phoned the vet once and been placed on an extended hold.) When they realized the Rx wouldn't arrive on schedule, they should have let me know so that I could make alternate arrangements. My dog relies on that med (Gabapentin) and it cannot be abruptly discontinued without serious risk. That's an inexcusable combo of ignorance and callousness. I'll purchase my meds directly from my vet.

Ordered from VETSOURCE bc my vet office suggested it. They do NOT have a return policy. The $80+ shipping joint support chews made my dog very, very sick. I quickly googled VETSOURCE and was met with 1 star reviews everywhere I looked. Why would ANY REPUTABLE VET OFFICE EVER suggest this place? NOBODY has had a good experience here. If you have had a bad experience (and my guess is you are here bc you have) challenge your vet to DROP these guys and STOP encouraging their customers to use this terrible service. Of course I learn AFTER the fact, that Chewy is 22% cheaper, FREE SHIPPING and a total delight to work with.

Don't use Vetsource! My second order never shipped--I called and cancelled--then a few days later, I get one shipment---then a few days after that I get a box with a bag of dog kibble THAT HAD BEEN SLIT OPEN and then squeezed shut!! Then I go on the website and there doesn't seem to be any way to go to "your account" to see if they are going to autoship future orders, which I understand has been a problem for others. You can't "delete" your account. It's ridiculous. I switched to Amazon and it's so much better.
