They take FOREVER to ship! Its been 7 days & now my dog has been without hers meds. Vet doesn't use chewy prescription portal anymore so had to use vetsource. If your vet tells you this find another vet. Chewy RX would have had to me 2 days tops!

Very slow, does not meet expectations
Very slow. Once they fill an order it sits in the warehouse until the post office picks it up which can be several days. Customers service is unable to say when it will be picked up. They expect it to be picked up in a day, but sometimes it is not. Highly recommended a different pharmacy is used for reliability if timeliness is a concern. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy my vet uses and my vet does not carry the medication. Highly recommend Vetsource change delivery carriers. The USPS just does not meet delivery expectations reliably anymore and thus damages the Vetsource client expectations and thus their business.

Refused to cancel autoship
Website would not allow me to edit my subscription. I had a subscription but when I went to the website it said I had zero subscriptions. I called customer service, bot would not allow me to cancel without a reason. Transferred me to a live agent who suggested that I had the wrong veterinary practice after explaining that the patient info was no longer active. Jumped through hoops to cancel. Waste of time. Horrible company.

Lack of customer service
Ordered medicine for my father’s dog whom was in my care due to recent medical issue with my father. The delivery address was entered incorrectly and the medicine was returned to vetsource. I call and spoke with customer service and “per their policy” they can not do refunds or returns and he would have to place and pay for another order. I asked if we could pay additional shipping for the medicine to be shipped to the correct address and again “per their policy” that was not an option. Their customer service lacks to say the least. Surely you all can do better.

I went to use a coupon from my vet for 35% off. It came to $398. When I came back to the site to check the order, It was $373 WITHOUT THE COUPON! They bump up the price when you use the vet link! Very shady and illegal! Do not use them!

Wish you could give 0 stars.
Wish you could give 0 stars.
They decided to try and kill my cat by not sending diabetic cat food because they got into a tiff with my vet. DO NOT USE.

Horrible practices and customer service!
I, after much difficulty with the website, placed a large order for my five dogs, including Simparica Trio for all of them, fluoxetine, clonidine, and prednisone. The order totalled $771. Several days later (I had to mail in the prescriptions), they emailed me and said that they couldn't hold the three prescriptions for the dogs in the same weight class for the Simparica Trio (I have three that are in the 11.1-22 pound weight range, and two that are in the 44.1-88 pound weight range), because I couldn't select more than one dog as receiving that prescription, which is ridiculous. They wouldn't place written prescriptions on hold (only for 2 weeks, after which they are destroyed). When I called, the order had already been placed and was being sent, so I couldn't cancel, and they could only send back three of the written prescriptions. They also don't sell Simparica Trio as individual pills for the smaller weight range, which is expensive and frustrating. Now I have to transfer everything to another pharmacy, as I'm not filling some of my prescriptions there and others elsewhere. I have five dogs and three fosters. Absolutely ridiculous ordering system and process. I would never use VetSource again, and intend to let Costco know why (I ordered through their recommendation).

I always use Chewy for my pets no issues fast reliable service. I am very happy with the care my dogs have received from Banfield over the last 17 years. Its because of my satisfaction I chose to fill a prescription for my old Beagle to help her arthritis in her hind legs. You would think Banfield affiliated with Vetsource should be easy filling the script and ship out in 24 to 48 hrs.
It has been the complete opposite. If your pet needs pain medication or life saving I would not order through Vetsource. I placed the order online on app March 13th. I had to call Banfield several times to understand why the Dr. had not approved the script. I was told it takes an average 48 hrs to 72 hrs for the script to get from online to the Banfield for the doctor to approve. Then it was the weekend. It wasn't approved until Wednesday March 18th. Meanwhile my dog is in pain and suffering. To make it worse Vetsource shipped the prescription the cheapest way from Texas to New Jersey by usps postal service. Are you serious 😐
Again not shipped by FedEx or Ups but the postal service. By tracking it isn't expected to arrive Monday March 23rd before 9pm.
Vetsource is absolutely trash. Do not trust in them for your pets health and well-being.
