I have received monthly shipments from this company for about a year. I received notification via email that my ordered had been processed, yet two weeks went by and did not receive the delivery. When I called I was told that the particular cat food had changed size, I was allegedly notified of this change and they were awaiting my response. When I said I had not received any notification I was told it was in my spam folder. I checked… it wasn’t. So they not only lied, they proceeded to charge for an item they had no intention of delivering. Would not recommend .

This company is a joke..... They keep raising the price of my dog's meds and he absolutely needs them. They have gone up $50 per month in the past year. I tried to get a hold of customer support because I tried to update my card (was expiring) and I added the information accurately and it said it couldn't verify the information and contact support. I told the customer surport person that I really don't want to have to call another number to get this resolved and if this ends up being a pain in the ass I'll just get his meds directly from the vet.... They told me not to use "foul" language.... come on..... "ass"?! You have got to be kidding me. They prioritized their comfort with a very common word (we all have one by the way) over their customer service. I will not be using this company in the future. Complete rip off and the sensitivity of their customer support person was the last straw for me. Peace out!

I ordered medicine for my dog. There was nothing on the website saying it required vet approval or that the shipping would be delayed. It is now coming in 4 days after my dog is out of medicine. They refused to help in the slightest. I will never use this source again

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They will not accept any prescriptions and are impossible to work with.

They charged me $50 for 5 ml of gabapentin when I found 30 ml of gabapentin at Walgreens for $11. I work in the medical industry. I know how inexpensive gabapentin is. I wasn't paying attention to the dosage when I purchased this item. SHAME on This company marking prices up.

Do not order from this company even if recommended by your vets. Delivery dates are not kept and goods are not even despatched by estimated delivery dates. How vets can recommend this company is beyond me.

Sent me a “keep refrigerated“ prescribed medicine for my dog. Sent it in a box in a baggie with no heat protection USPS when the heat index has been over 105°, called and complained they sent me out another one and told me to throw away the original one because it was probably ineffective. Sent the 2nd one the exact same way, It was warm to the touch when I picked it up, no protection from the heat. Useless!

After mailing in a prescription for “1” 6-pack of Simparica Trio, my order was continuously cancelled after several attempts. Come to find out they were reading the prescription as being for “1” pill instead of “1”6-pack. Set me back several weeks as my dog needed the medication. Surprised Costco would partner with such a low quality provider.
