I was talking to at least 5 different lenders but Brent really connected with us and our needs and went that extra mile to explain every detail to us and even helped scrutinize other offers I had to give us the best deal. He was always there when we called or texted, and that really is what sold us. Some of the other big lenders were hard to get ahold of and moved slow.
