The experience was very good. my calls and emails were answer in a very timely manner. All of my concerns and question was answer. I think the fee is way too high, but I got the results I was hoping for in the end. Great job veteran nexus!!!

Overall the services provided by VN were very good. The staff were knowledgeable as well as approachable. Communications were timely, relevant, and comprehensive. I found the write up to justify my claim to be exceptionally well done; professional, precise, and thorough. Together with VN we were successful in achieving the goal of a 100% rating. I only rate them at 4-stars due to the cost of the service which was significantly higher than other services (although I received 10% discount for paying the fee outright). Overall a positive experience.

They directed me what to do and how to get it done. Got things done in approx 2 months that I been trying to get done for years on my own or other company. Kinda expensive I feel but hopefully and so far worth it.
