Let’s me first say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Veteran Nexus. Johnathan (My rep) along with his aide Chris, helped me navigate the VA system and got me to where I needed to be rated. They were professional, hands on, and always kept me in the loop. I am totally satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone that is tired of trying to do it on their own. They will help you get what you rightfully deserve.

Veteran Nexus was outstanding! I would recommend to anyone who needs help getting benefits and rating! Thanks to Wayne, I went from 80 to 100 in less than 2 months. Thank you guys!!

During my time with Veterans Nexus 2026, they have been nothing but professional and supportive. Every step of the way the VA put obstacles and denials in my way. They regrouped and found work arounds to overcome them. They followed up after appointments and discussed possible outcomes.

This was a fantastic experience!!! Everyone was sooo helpful and were just like family. It was so awesome to be able to sit back and have an expert navigate all of the processes with the VA. I wish I had started with them from the beginning instead of trying it on my own and getting kicked to the curb because of my ignorance. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Veterans Nexus was awesome to work with. Josh, Raquel and Mark were all very helpful. Each were very clear with recommendations, helpful in answering questions/filling out forms. Mine was a long a tedious process and Raquel/Josh kept me on task with gentle reminders/follow through. I made it to 100% T & P. I couldn’t have done it without their assistance. I give Veterans Nexus five stars all the way around!!

I am truly grateful to Veteran Nexus staff. I was amazed what they help me accomplish on this journey. An high school friend and Navy veteran encouraged me to file a claim and he put me in contact with Doug from Vet-Nex. It started Jun 2026, approx less than a month I was at rated 10%. I was aesthetic. Doug convinced me that I should continue and about 4 months later I was rated another 50% total of 60%. Some time lapsed due to myself. Hazel (Vet-Nex) contacted and in formed me Megan will be assisting me from here forward. With time lapsing (my doing) with great professionalism, expertise, knowledgeable, caring person Megan and Hazel continued to assist me and today July 28,2026, I received an 100% rating. I am thankful and owe Doug, Megan and Hazel my deepest gratitude for what they do for veterans. My only regret is I live in Ca and not being able to really thanked them in person. It is a small world and maybe someday I will. My God Bless them, their families and these USA🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I've been using the VA for my healthcare since 2009 but never filed a claim due to the complex and difficult process of getting approved. Last year I decided to file. However, everywhere you look someone wants to be your advocate. When I happened upon Veteran Nexus (who I had never heard of), something clicked and I felt that he genuinely cared. Steve convinced me to file and although I nearly gave up and quit the process, I did what they said and in record time was approved at 100%. Their expertise and knowledge of the process was instrumental in providing the VA exactly what they needed to make a timely decision! I will be encouraging every veteran I meet to contact Veteran Nexus for their claims needs. Steve, Kaye and all the dedicated staff have my sincere gratitude for a job "well done"! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!

I want to express my appreciation to Veteran Nexus for their dutiful work, research and attention to details in the processing of my VA claim. Because of their tireless efforts I am now 100%,something that has taken many years of frustration and submitting claims with negative results. Thanks to VN I can finally relax and enjoy the latter part of my life.
