Denied claims. Refund given
Once you have claims that are denied. They won’t give refund. They told me to get nexus letters and once I had them then they would help again. Their “help” is garbage. They want you to claim everything they can think of. I claimed three things. All denied. I asked for refund. Radio silence. Totally bad company that took a grand for nothing that myself and an ai chatbot could have done. I thought they knew how to help. Nope. Update5/14/26. Refund provided. Changed from 2 star to 3
