He was knowledgeable, supportive, honest, and confident in the strategy he put together for me. My process took several months, and having Gage there to answer questions and guide me through each step made a huge difference. I probably called him daily at certain points, and he was always responsive or got back to me quickly. From one Vet to another I am the one that picks apart contracts before signing. Gage was patient with my questions before signing, and had all the answers when I asked questions throughout the processes. Gage definitely studies your case and builds it depending on what you need to be successful with your claim. It's not a "one size fits all system" so he truly looks at your case, figures out what you need, and then generates the plan. I observed that Gage is knowledgeable in his areas of expertise and does his research to stay up to date with any new information that may help you (-Sorry, I am just a really formal writer). His time is valuable though so, don't waste it when you get it. If he needs you to do something, do it. If he tells you to say something, say it.
