Idaliz went above and beyond during our time together. She heard I was interested in a building and scheduled me for a last minute tour. She was INCREDIBLY helpful with her advice and insight about various buildings. I really appreciated her transparency and honesty, as well as her gentle, low-pressure demeanor. It helped me a lot in my decision-making and I really felt she had my best interests at heart! I would recommend her to anyone seeking housing in Philadelphia.

I had a great experience with very apt. It was recommended by penn. Not being able to see apartments in the area and being new, Idaliz specifically helped me to find apartments that matched my description and fit. She worked with me when I had trouble figuring out exactly what I was looking for. The video tours were also informative and she was quick to respond to requests.

Hadieh made finding an apartment in a new city easy. She listened to all of my needs (of which there were many) and sent over multiple options that fit what I was looking for. I ended up choosing the apartment that she recommended - it had everything that I wanted. If you're looking for a place in the Chicago area, Hadieh is the way to go.

Moving to a new city can be daunting with so many unknowns. Brooke made this process so much easier. Right from finding convenient appointments with buildings to negotiation for the best deals, Brooke had it all covered and was extremely accountable and thorough. As my apartment needs evolved, she adapted quickly and ensured I’m aware of all the best options out there. We almost lost the apartment I liked to someone else but Brooke worked her MAGIC to get that allotted to us. VERY HIGHLY recommend Brooke!
