VeryApt is the reason I found my apartment. I did not know how to go about the process or touring center city apartments, and Marquis did a great job of scheduling tours and answering questions about each of the places. Would definitely use this service again! I also appreciate the service options following choosing a apartment like renters insurance and movers.

Hadieh was a marvelous Chicago host. (Fun Fact: She typically drives from property to property in order to save time, and makes the home search process a lot of fun!)

I've always hated moving, however, this time around Veryapt totally changed my mind. Thanks to my Veryapt agent, Hadieh!! From the initial stage Hadieh was very helpful in contacting me and finding out how she could make my search a better experience. As soon as she knew what I was looking for, she went flat-out in finding several places for me to view, and kept improving and streamlining my choices as she would find out what I seemed to like in each place we viewed. To cut the long story short, Hadieh helped me find a place of my dreams on our second day of our home hunting. I hope Veryapt realizes what an asset they have in Hadieh. Not only is she friendly, patient, kind and professional, but she goes above and beyond in seeing to it that her clients find a place of their dreams, easing the dreadful home searching experience. Quick to help and excellent service. Didn't hesitate to view 3-4 properties in a row, definitely recommended if you know what you are looking for and if you don't they will help you find it.

Hadieh and VeryApt knocked this out of the park! Hadieh was very attentive to my fiance and I, and made the process of viewing and evaluating several apartments easy and simple. I could not recommend her and VeryApt more to anyone who doesn't want the moving process to be a painful slog.

Honestly, if there were 6 stars, I would have rated VeryApt 6 stars. I cannot express how easy VeryApt made the apartment hunting process for me. The level of service that VeryApt provides is excellent. The website provides a wealth of information and the tools that you can use to help narrow down your search were fantastic. Additionally, you get to speak with someone that helps you narrow it down even further, then sets up your viewings and accompanies you as you see the apartments. It is very helpful to have someone with you that is knowledgeable about the renting process because he or she knows what questions to ask on your behalf. If I ever move again, I will definitely use VeryApt and will absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Upon first contact, Julia talked me through all the basic requirements I had for a place, and put together a list of places that were a great fit based on my preferences. Julia (and VeryApt as a whole) were extremely flexible based on my schedule restrictions and change in preferences, and planned out all the tours so all I had to do was show up and focus on my future home. Julia helped immensely in answering (and asking) pertinent questions during each tour, and kept tabs on me throughout the whole process. Even after I submitted my application, VeryApt checked in with me to make sure I was ok (and also provided a handy moving guide). Would definitely use again!

Searching for the perfect apartment after graduation on a low-budget is not an easy task. On top of that, I work full-time, so I didn't have time to search for the perfect apartment. I didn't know how to navigate the apartment search since I was an international student. I was tired and completely overwhelmed. My stress levels were sky high before I came in contact with VeryApt. After finding some places on VeryApt, I came into contact with Hadieh. She was incredibly helpful. She just went above and beyond to help me to find an apartment on low-budget. She sends me a list of apartments in my budget and arranged appointments. On top of that, she even drove me around to see several apartments at once on a different location (From North to South Side, include west). The apartment viewing as easy and peaceful. Hadieh was able to answer all my questions and collect the information I needed before making any decision. She was friendly yet professional. I am so grateful for everything. It was a blessing to come in contact with this company VeryApt. I will definitely stay in contact with this company for my next apartment search.
