Everything was great! Even referred friends and family. Psyment came out of my checking account twice. Emailed agent I worked with regarding this. Never received a response. Five stars would have been given, but if I communicate with you, reply back.

The roadside assistance program that Verti use has the worst customer skills I've ever experienced. A Verti roadside assistant customer service agent called a third party tow truck provider that has one driver. My wait time went from a 1 hr wait that was confirmed by a member of the roadside assistant agent to not knowing what time or when another driver would be dispatched. I was placed on hold for 1 additional for a Verti roadside agent to come back on the line to assist me. I will not be patronizing Verti Insurance anymore.

I’ve sent emails and talked to an actual representative. I explained my problem and they told me they would resolve the problem. They don’t resolve the problem and try to get me to pay for 2 vehicles I canceled months ago.
