I ordered the wrong product by accident (the serum version rather than the intended body lotion). They got back to me quickly, refunded my money, and will let me know when the lotion will be back in stock. I haven’t tried anything yet but this level of customer service is so rare these days I wanted to give them props.

I've loved their products. Shipping has always been fine for me. I wish that they didn't end their recycling program, though. Now they want you to take your old containers to Target instead.
