I wish I had heard about Trustpilot before I ordered from Vernier. I ordered a pillow from them on March 26th because they said they were American Made. The site said it would take three to five days for delivery. On April 4 th, nine days after I ordered I called them and they took my information and said they would send me tracking. They did but it was only up to March 29th. I emailed them back pointing this out and they sent me another tracking. It was exactly the same. This back and forth went on with them changing the delivery time to seven to nine business days. I tried calling them again and the man took all my information and said he would contact shipping. This time I got a tracking that showed the pillow was shipped from Shenzhen, China. I immediately emailed the company and told them this is unacceptable and to cancel the order. I also called and spoke with customer service and the man assured me the order would be canceled. That was April 6 th. On the morning on April 8th I received another email saying that they cannot cancel the order because it is in transit. I called my bank and disputed the charge, explaining everything to them. This company is a scam and I have told everyone I know and run into not to buy from them.

Order an item 3/18/24. Website said 3 day delivery, multiple emails apologizing for delay. Delay would have been OK if item received was of good quality. Received today, it is cheaply made, not at all worth what I paid for it. The dimensions & specifications listed on the website are not the same as the product I received. It doesn't even look like what is show on the website. Also my credit card information was used for a fraudulent purchase 2 days after my initial purchase. Coincidence????

On 3/24/2024, I bought two items from Vernier Shop. Both came as you bought from Dollar store, but with a Five Star customer reviews on their website. Tried to return both items due to not usable, not functional at all, was told I need pay 15% restocking fee. I would like to use them, but they are completely a joke produts. The sushi tool can not close, even without rice in it; the dial glasses, like some plastic toy glasses, you can not read anything after twisting and turning.

My address for delivery was altered, my street number was missing! I always check it before hand and make sure it’s correct. The reviews I have read have shown them to be a fraud. I never received it! And every time I spoke to them they said it was sent to me I tried to correct my address but it didn’t work. I’ve had it!!!!

Let me start by saying that my manager at work told me about Trustpilot and man I wish he would have told me about it 2 weeks ago lol!!! So I ordered two RV camera's from this so called company like many other people have and they scammed me. Here is how, they sent me two cameras that came from China even though they were supposed to be made in America and one of them was in pieces and doesn't work at all and the other camera works but the picture quality and the app that you have to use is sub par at best Lol!!! I called and told them I would like to return the items and they asked for order # and how much it cost, I'm like why do you need me to tell you the price lol!!! The person said they would talk to their supervisor and email me a return label. I then received a email stating that I would get a 50% refund now and after I sent the items to the return address I would get the other 50% minus a restocking fee lol!!! I'm like wait what happened to the 30 day hassle free return Lol!!! The return address is a freaking residential house in North Carolina lol!!! I didn't receive a shipping label so I guess that's out of my pocket. The women I spoke to on the phone sounded like she was driving a car with the windows down and I heard a horn honking lol!!! I know it's not funny to get scammed but I have to laugh otherwise it just ticks me off. I spoke with my credit card company tonight and trying to do a dispute on the charges so wish me luck and please stay away from these joker's!!!! PS I believe they tried an unauthorized purchase the next day from Muscledecks.com rrrrrrr, luckily I was able to decline that before it went anywhere lol!!!!

Buyer beware! Everything about this site is BS! Customer service was awful. Item took over 3 weeks to arrive. Item was not as advertised and was junk.

This company is horrible. I placed in order that was supposed to ship in 3 days. After 2 weeks, I called the phone number listed for customer service urgent questions and I was treated very unprofessionally by a woman who answered the phone. I told her I do not want the product anymore and I want to cancel my order immediately for these reasons: 1. The order was supposed to ship in 3 days. Its been almost 3 weeks 2. The tracking number supplied does not return any information 3. I asked for a status so I could decide if I need to to purchase from another supplier - no response. 4. The "urgent" assistance phone number was a complete waste of time as the woman would only tell me to email someone else to see if it shipped. To date, no response on the order status or the cancellation. Very poor service and a poorly run business. Do not buy from them!!!

Buyer Beware - Fraudulent Seller Made online purchase. Never delivered. Fraudulent charges started appearing on Credit Card from India. Cancelled Card. Receiving conflicting status emails. Phishing scam from India.
