verniershop.comReviews of verniershop.com

Under absolutely no means order anything from this site! I ordered my product on January 26.. The advertised arrival time was quoted at three days..Here it is mid February and still no product! After numerous emails with customer service, each time receiving the same F you response. I have yet to receive my package! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Update: the package arrived today Seemed like custom service was great in the beginning, like they would let you know what was happening every step of the way. Once my product "shipped" it seemed strange there was no locations given when tracking or what company was the carrier. The last tracking said it couldn't be delivered and unable to get ahold of customer. Nobody tried to get ahold of me. I sent an email and they responded with see if it comes in a day or two. It hasn't come and I've sent two emails saying it hasn't and asked for a refund. Have heard nothing, crickets

Fortunately my bank didn't let transaction go through and I got a fraud alert sent to me from my bank. They cancelled my card since I had keyed all the info. But then when Amazon went to ship a previously ordered item it failed due to having been ordered with that card which is now cancelled. So don't even think about ordering from them.

Don't walk away from this company....RUN. In addition to the initial charge on my credit card, there were other charges....$5.95 for some sort of warranty that I never requested and then, of course, $29.99 for a monthly subscription(?) that I never signed up for. The credit card charges show up under a variety of names....verniershop.com, Sernercompany.com, seronline.com, and apparently the company name is "Verycoolthing LLC". It's hard to keep track of.

Reading other reviews, I now find I’ve been scammed too. I did not intentionally authorize the VENSTORE.CO monthly $29.99 charge. At this point, it appears it will cost me the last two charges plus whatever it takes to cancel my card. Venstore.co is a SCAM!!! Please be warned!!!

SCAM WEBSITE! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT OPERATION. VERNIER WILL REPEATEDLY CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH YOU DO NOT ORDER!

I purchased a back-up camera that upon arrival the internal battery would not charge nor could the item turn on. Even after spending several hours researching and trying things, nothing would get it to charge. The product was clearly defective. Worse yet, after two live phone calls and several back and forth emails the business refused to give me any more than a 50 percent refund. Bottom line: If you are willing to accept any piece of defective junk for your money, have at it! Note: I still have not seen the 50 percent refund. In addition, their return policy was not complied with in any way!

After I made a purchase from Verniershop, an unrelated, unauthorized $29.99 “subscription” charge started to appear on my card for “Venstoreco”. My credit card company tells me that the two entities have the same phone number. This is a complete scam! I have not yet succeeded in getting the charge discontinued. Beware!
