verniershop.comReviews of verniershop.com

Well where should I start I wrote 2 reviews before this one this company needs to be shut down they are scammers, liars, false advertising products, rude ,hang up on customers, don't won't to give yoy tracking info cause they send different products that's not on site where u order cause u see one thing then it's finely gets to you and it's not what u ordered it's a Robot for a 3 yr old that sings and dances not the Robot that's one there site and they still don't want to give me a refund they told me I had to file a dispute with my back or cash app they still sending the same email never no new information so no this company sucks don't order from them unless u won't to lose money or get crappy products!!!!! And I made report to Better Business Bureau and county commissioner!!!!

Actually zero stars. Placed an order, but credit card would not go through. I called the company to put the order through directly, but they said they were having difficulties,to try and put it in again later. It was after hours,so I was surprised to actually get a representative,so I tried again later; same result. I called the next morning, got a Rep,and she said someone would call me back to take the order. In the meantime,I checked this site, saw the terrible ratings and called Visa. The Visa Rep said I was charged 5x,they are recognized as a scam company, and blocked all.

Saved by my bank. Ordered five items from this company. On checkout they tried to charge me more for things I did not ask for. Fortunately my bank recognized this company as having very high litigations and potentially fraudulent and stopped the payment. I will advice everyone not to buy from this company.

These people are low down and dirty. They double ship everything and when you call them to correct the problem they hang up the phone. If you order anything from them you get what you deserve.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I purchased a dress on sale that was supposed to be a floral print v neck chiffon dress. When I received the dress it was a polka dot v neck polyester dress with a belt that was separate. It was NOT as pictured and I am extremely annoyed. It was only $34.99 so not even worth paying shipping to return. At least they sent blue as I requested. Never again will I order from this scam site.

worst customer service ever!!

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a pillow 3 weeks ago the website trys to get you to agree to a $7.95 warranty and although I didn't choose it it tried to charge my card. The charge for the pillow came out of my account right away im still waiting for the pillow and spoke to 4 different reps ALL RUDE telling me it shipped but not providing me with a tracking #. When I went to online support it says it has not been shipped. They took my money and I doubt I will ever see the pillow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM! Update!! my card was charged $39.99 fraudulent charge today after writing this review. My bank closed my card and I am now trying to get back the money from the order I never received. I read all the terrible reviews after I was scammed. Please stay away from this website!

Terrible scammy company. I should have checked reviews before ordering, but I was in a hurry. The order screens are all designed to trick you into adding products. I ordered one product, then each screen had add-ons with tiny text saying "no thanks" that could easily be missed. I said no to each screen, but they still tacked on an extra charge of $8 for a warranty I declined. I immediately called and to their credit they reversed that charge. I did receive the item in about a week, but emails and credit cards statements are from different company names, such as verniershop.com, viraxpower.com, and venstore.com. Today I was notified by my credit card's fraud dept that they tried to charge my card another $40. They denied the charge and are cancelling my card which I appreciate, but it's a hassle. Apparently this company can't make money by simply shipping products and getting repeat customers, so instead they just start adding extra charges. AVOID! Also - is anyone buying that the other 5 star reviews are real?! Most of them have two first names. C'mon China, you can do better than that.
