Hi Luis, We're genuinely sorry to hear you’re disappointed. That’s never the experience we want to deliver. All our pieces go through quality control before shipping, and the fabric we use is safe, industry-standard cotton blends. Occasionally, garments sealed in packaging can trap factory scents, but this typically fades after a quick wash or airing out. Regarding the fit, our products follow an oversized, European-inspired cut. We understand this might feel different if you're used to traditional sizing. That said, we always want our customers to be happy with their order. If you'd like to exchange or return it, feel free to reach out to our support team and we’ll gladly assist. Thanks for the feedback. We're always working to improve. – The Vermany Team

Hi Mikael, Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with your order. Every Vermany piece is designed with intention, and each item goes through a quality check before shipping. If your print arrived uneven, that's not up to our standards, and we’d like to make it right. Please reach out to our support team with your order number and photos so we can review and help resolve this. We take pride in the quality and design of our pieces, and your input helps us keep raising the bar. – The Vermany Team
