It was so far from the picture that it was ridiculous. Scam

I was sold a men’s dive watch and what was received was a ladies watch.
Response from VerlionmodsDec 2, 2025
Hi Leon, Thank you again for taking the time to discuss this with us. After our recent conversation, we would like to clarify for anyone reading this review: The watch Leon purchased is the Seiko Subamaster Vintage – a men’s dive watch with a 39.5mm case size. This size is correct and reflects the typical proportions of 1970s vintage men’s divers, which were noticeably smaller than many modern models. All specifications — including case size, design details, and product photos — were clearly listed on the product page, and we shipped exactly the model that was ordered. Additionally, our store does not sell any ladies’ watches, so there is no possibility that a women’s model was sent. We completely understand how vintage sizing can sometimes feel different at first glance, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this so future customers are not misled. We kindly hope that Leon can review this information again and provide a fair and accurate update to avoid confusion for others. Thank you for your understanding. Lucy Verlion Mods

Watch does not keep accurate time even though I store it on an automatic winder. I have to reset it every time I wear it.
Response from VerlionmodsAug 23, 2025
Hi Greg Miller, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing accuracy issues with your watch. Please allow us to explain: Automatic watches such as the Seiko movements we use rely on the rotor and your wrist motion (or a watch winder) to stay powered. If the winder does not provide enough turns per day, the watch may not have full power reserve, which can cause it to slow down or stop. Additionally, all mechanical movements have a natural tolerance – for example, the Seiko NH35 movement is rated at approximately -20 to +40 seconds per day, which is considered within normal specification. Accuracy can also vary depending on the position in which the watch is stored (face up, face down, crown up, etc.), or if the watch has been exposed to strong magnetic fields (speakers, laptops, phone magnets, etc.). I’ve also reached out to you via email so we can follow up directly, check your specific case, and provide the best support to resolve this together. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll make sure your watch runs as it should. Best regards, Lucy Verlion Mods
