Hello Vikram, Thank you for taking the time to share this. We take all feedback seriously, and we’re sorry the experience left you feeling this way. The UC San Diego academic credit is an optional add-on and not required for the program. That said, we understand if our follow-ups about it felt like too much, and that’s not an experience we want any family to have. We’ll review how we’re reaching out going forward. We’d like to understand all your concerns about the course and see what we can do. Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll make sure someone connects with you directly. Best, Veritas AI Team

Hello, We believe this review may have been intended for Verita AI (https://www.verita-ai.com/), a separate company with a similar name and no affiliation with us. We've checked our records and can't find any employment or contractor arrangement matching your details on our side, which suggests it may have been misdirected. We request that you verify which company you engaged with. If it turns out this wasn't intended for us, we'd be grateful if you'd update or remove it. And if there's anything we can help clarify, please reach out to us at [email protected] Veritas AI Team
