working with your reps is wonderful
working with your reps is wonderful, however the doctor made this very frustrating by not proofreading my email address when setting up my account with the state, and not entering my recommendation.

Fairly simple and straightforward
Fairly simple and straightforward. They do (most) of what they say they do. I paid an additional $10 for extra help submitting my application to the state but they didn’t really do anything to assist there…but it was easy enough.

Alright Experience
Alright experience from signing up to seeing the doctor. The doctor joined the video call a little later than the set time other than that I just wish the cost was lower.

April 11 I called
April 11 I called, got an appointment with a Dr. Went trough everything, no problem, they sent a link to connect you to the State of Ohio to get your card. Got this done in a few days. My son had an appointment on April 11 had the appointment with the Dr. ,was approved but still today May 11 he has not received the link to the State to finish up. Unfortunately he has called and not getting results. Not even returning his text. Just want it finished up. My experience was good, so far my son's is not
