This is free elsewhere
I found this company via google. They charged me $99 "for the Doctor's interview". After I completed everything, they followed up asking for a photo of my drivers' license and a head shot. I soon found out that none of this was necessary and that the this whole thing is free elsewhere. It feels like a scam

Hi David, thank you for sharing your feedback. To clarify, Veriheal is a legitimate telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed physicians. Legally, state regulations require doctors to verify a patient's identity via a government-issued photo ID before conducting a consultation or issuing a medical certificate. The $99 fee covers the licensed physician's time for your consultation. While state registry fees vary, a professional medical evaluation by a doctor is a required step to qualify for a medical marijuana card in most states. We hope this clarifies our process, and we are here to help if you have any further questions. Please reach out to customer service at 855-452-6224 if you have any other questions or concerns.
