No matter the case, that level of service is certainly not acceptable and against any protocols that we have in place for the doctors that use our platform. Also, upon further inspection, it would appear that the average wait time in your specific state is 10 days. We are not certain why the doctor would have said 24 hours but we are actively reaching out to get in touch with them.
