Well for 2-3 years I had renewed my medical card with a provider just fine. This year I was offered a Dr Denkle- who apparently wasn’t vetted to care for patients in this capacity. Now I’m out the$$$ paid for above service, stuck in the circle jerk of cca, provider and you passing responsibility to the other. The street dealer has a better service model !

They have screwed up my doctors visit…
They have screwed up my doctors visit and it has not yet been reported to the state and I cannot renew. Had confusion last year as well. This is not good service.

Paid for renewal - card not updated
I paid for and completed the renewal process with a Veriheal doctor over two weeks ago and was assured by phone and email I was all set. My credentials still have not been updated and will expire in less than three days. I followed up with Support and have heard nothing in 48 hours, despite the urgency.

I have not received my Cannabis certificate. This is bullshit. Y’all had some jack leg doctor that wasn’t even certified certified me and now I don’t have one you all revoked it. Please send me my money back or my Cannabis certificate. This is bullshit.
