Pretty good service. I spoke with Jan who helped me schedule my appointment and answered all my questions. Was given very personal service which is much more effective than being thrown around to different customer service agents. Helped me reschedule when my first doctor delayed my original appointment time by 10 days for no reason (Dr. Suchada Chaiwechakarn). They connected me to a doctor who was listed directly on PA's list of approved MMJ doctors. The consultation was brief. My doctor wasn't able to update my diagnosis but recommended me to a doctor who could do that for me. I didn't need to make another appointment, we got it handled the same day. Just waiting on my card in the mail now!

Quick, easy, the website and the video call was very easy to use with no issues but my suggestion is try not to do it over a mobile phone if possible because my iPhone 11 kept freezing before I switched to my laptop. The Dr. was absolutely phenomenal , kind , and caring. I have already been recommending this site to my friends and family to use

Great service at Veriheal, my visit with the Doctor went well and he was kind and showed empathy toward my condition. Veriheal answered all of my questions and pointed me in the right direction in working with the state.

Quick&Easy. Open a couple emails, video chat with a doctor, and pay a little money. The hard part is waiting for your card to arrive.

I would recommend Veriheal to anyone looking to get their medical card! I have severe anxiety but needed to find a doctor who participated in the program during the pandemic. It was super easy to sign up and make an appt. Dr Gaffney was prompt, really nice and understood the need for medical marijuana. Great job Veriheal!
