Hello there CT, We're not able to find you in our system so we're going to request more information from you here through Trustpilot so we can identify exactly what happened with your situation. Whenever a doctor in our network has issues making appointments, protocol is to immediately close their schedule and work with the patients to reschedule or at least notify them as soon as we can. Obviously, that was protocol was not met in your case and for that we are incredibly sorry. If you could kindly submit the requested information to us through Trustpilot, that would be fantastic. Hey Michelle, Our team is saddened to read your review of your experience using our platform. We want to clarify that our money back guarantee is based completely on having your appointment. If the doctor you see does not approve you, then we issue a refund in full. As for our cancellation policy, that is a different story entirely. Our terms explicitly state in subsection XX: Any fees that the Company may charge you for the Application or Service are due immediately and are non-refundable. In the event that you do receive a refund, there will be a $39 cancellation fee assessed. In the event that you miss your appointment and do not notify us within 48 hours, there will be a $50 no show fee assessed. The Company does not have to refund you for any charges or fees you have paid no matter what the scenario. The Company reserves the right to refund you if deemed necessary. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, our decision to terminate your usage, disruption caused to our Application or Service either planned, accidental or intentional, or any reason whatsoever. The doctor that you had a consultation with, who approved you and wrote your medical cannabis recommendation, has mailed 2 copies now on seperate dates to you. We've verified your address twice and for whatever reason, your recommendations are not getting to you. Our team is going to have a manager reach out to verify your address for a third time to try and help uncover what the issue here could be.
