Not worth the price or the hassle at all
It took the doctor almost two months to send my recommendation to my state. When I first contacted Veriheal about how long the process was taking, they said it was the states fault. When I contacted the state, they had no record of my recommendation ever being sent. After talking with Veriheal again with that new information, they got in touch with the doctor, and an hour later I had the state email. I don't think waiting almost two months for a doctor to send an email is worth $200. VERY disappointed in this service, and I won't be telling my friends to use Veriheal. EDITED TO ADD: The only way the company has "made it right" was by making the doctor send in my paperwork. That's not "making it right." That's getting the doctor to do his job. No discount, refund, the only apology was here on this review. They have ignored my follow up email reply asking for answers. Lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1 star.

Hello there, We are very disappointed to read your review and hear about this experience that you have had. As a leading tech firm in the space, we take great pride in streamlining the entire process for hundreds of thousands of patients across the country. 2 months is certainly far too long for the processing of any application or recommendation, no matter the state. Our team can't get much on who you are from this review, and we would like to escalate it to our managers to review and see what they can find out such as who your doctor was, who from our staff you had been in contact with, and how we can make the unnecessary delay in the process up to you. To do so, we need to collect more personally identifiable information from you here through Trustpilot. If you could submit that at your earliest convenience, we will have our managers on this right away. Thank you.
