My Dr was excellent, the interview was thorough and lasted a solid 40 minutes. By the end she had a very accurate picture of my medical condition and background. I have 2 complaints, I wish it weren't expensive (over 200 bux for the medical interview) but I understand...2, the screen meeting tech they use was questionable, I have 30 yrs of IT experience, I use Linux and Windows 10 in my office, their system couldn't connect over any browser with either system and the interview wound up being delayed for 24 hours. I ultimately added the link to the Chrome browser on my phone and finally we got 2 way video to work. Meh...It was worth it.

The doctor was knowledgeable about my rare autoimmune disease. He explained everything thoroughly. He was pleasant and easy to talk to. Looking forward to future interactions with the company.

Very easy to use and I had a technical, still, they were patient! Only couldn't give 5 because I've yet to receive my number.
