Veriheal gave me incorrect information about how to obtain a card in WA state, they told me they would mail the dr recommendation letter 2-3 weeks after the appt and that I would then need to register with the state via a link they would send me and that the state would mail me a card. When I looked up that information online, I found on the doh site, that you are meant to take the form into an approved store to register and the store will issue you the card. When I called Veriheal back to confirm, they again told me I would be sent a link to register with the state, I asked for the link and was told no I cannot have it until after my appointment, when I pressed a little harder for the link due to what I found on the doh site, the girl finally put me on hold for a few minutes to look up the actual process in WA state and confirmed what I had found through DOH. So while Veriheal may have a simple process setup, they clearly do not have the correct information for different states, I suggest you do your own research with your state as well, and don't rely on the information they give you. They are still worth going through, but not accurate and didn't own up to their mistake rather treating me like I was wrong when asking them to double check the info they gave me.....

I have always liked Veriheal so I'm very willing to turn this into a positive review if this can be rectified. With appointments booking a month out, I made sure to join mine early so I wouldn't miss it. The doctor never showed. I reached out via live chat. With the agent taking anywhere from 5-20 minutes to respond, it was after an hour that the agent informed me someone would be calling me on Sunday (in two days). No one called. I reached out again via live chat, and was told that I'd have to reschedule and that the earliest appointment was in a month. I then called in on Monday and was told the same thing. When I requested to speak to a manager, the representative told me she would reach out to the appropriate team and that someone would call me. No one called. I completely accept that the doctor's no-show was an honest mistake, but it is unacceptable to make a patient wait a month to get their medical needs me because of an error on your and; and also to tell a patient that you will call (twice) but not follow through. If someone could please contact me to come to a resolution, I would greatly appreciate it.

This has been difficult. I don’t know how to cut and paste. I can’t send a picture and ID That is clear enough. This makes me question if this is the Pa. government doing this. Also, my doctor said it would be $50. I’m surprised that it cost $199.

Easy and fast it’s not a scam you will get your card if you get approved by your state but Just don’t like that I got a low dose prescription now I have to make an other appointment and pay $125 more to see if I get a new prescription that sucks it’s costing me a lot

I booked and appointment, paid the fee and showed up for my appointment a few minutes early. I waited for 15 min and the doctor didn’t show up. I contacted customer service and they told me the doctor was not available and I would need to wait over a week to book another appointment. For a paid service this is unacceptable. I asked for a refund and moved on. I recommend you avoid veriheal and go with another service. Edit: I’m not sure what information you requested as your response below doesn’t ask for specific information or say how to contact you. Not sure how your response is helpful in any way.

Tried for over a week after the original consultation with the doctor, emails were not answered, phone answerers just kept repeating the same script, "we will contact the doctor", over and over. Asked for a refund, was, told "everything would be taken care of!" Finally had to contact my bank and dispute the charge, still no response! Stay away!

***Update*** I’ve provided the requested information through the trust pilot platform. I’m only on step 1 and never reached step 2 copied at the bottom of my review. I had my appointment on July 13th and still waiting on the official NJDOH document with registry ID and reference #’s… I was suppose to receive it within 48hrs of my appointment. I called after 2 days and the guy said it’s 72hrs and I will definitely have it. It’s been over a week now so I’m thinking this is a scam. I see the $209 on my credit card statement. I’ve emailed a few times and the response is “I’ll follow up with the Dr. and let you know if there’s an update.” and no other information. I called one more time hoping to speak with someone who can provide more info and she gave me an attitude and ended the call abruptly. She said she’s sending a follow up to my Dr. without asking me for my info (How is she doing that without my info?). It seems a lot of the process is riding on the Dr. and nobody can provide a real update. I’m glad I didn’t refer my friend yet because she wanted to try veriheal. I would not want to put her through the same issues I’m having which is causing more anxiety. Copied from Veriheal email: Step 2: Retrieve Your Registry ID and Reference Numbers and APply with the NJMMP Within 48 hours of your completed appointment, the doctor will email you your Attending Physician Statement, which will include your Registry ID and Reference Numbers.

Their doctor screwed up my info and I ended up paying twice. They refuse to refund one of my fees. very rude.
