This is the second time I’ve filed for this medical card through veriheal and after they get your money you can’t even get anyone on the phone, My information was submitted on April 3rd and I still haven’t received anything, I don’t understand if you guys are that backed up why do you keep excepting applications?? lying to people basically false hope false advertising etc…. First it was about my photo not being correct !! Then I was told by your staff you guys aren’t even using photos on the ID !!?so I know that’s Baloney, I’ve submitted over 10 pictures 5 different applications and i hate no way of knowing if there correct due to not being able to communicate with anyone before I paid I was on the phone with 3 different people it really feels like a scam , I tried to just give up and get my money back still nothing!!! Sitting on hold for over 45 min to get a voice mail like come on!!!! Worst experience ever!!!

I called Veriheal and their customer service team blatantly says that they do telehealth in FL which is not allowed. In fact, they allow any person (first timers) to book on their website for a telehealth appointment even though they know that this is not allowed. We have reported their doctor to the medical board. As you can see, they take no responsibility for the doctor and say "we are not a medical clinic" instead of making sure their doctors do not get into trouble. Horrible company. Greed driven and unethical. Also, check out their refund policy. On their website, they say "talk to a doctor or get your money back" but their refund policy does not say that. They basically are saying one thing and doing another based on this. They refuse to give me my money back and also refuse to let me talk to a doctor. This seems like deceptive advertising. The doctors working with them are: Ahsan Iqbal, MD - seeing patients via telehealth Florida Cannabis Consultant - also doing telehealth evals.

UPDATE(4/27/22) - I received a promotional email the next day. I can’t believe they sent me another email even though they told me they’d stop. $199 is too expensive I received a lot of emails from veriheal while waiting on 45 days so I had to unsubscribe. I’ve emailed them a couple of times (before unsubscribing) with no responses. Hopefully they’ll respond to this since everyone can see it.

I had a terrible experience with Verineal and I won’t deal with them in the future. I paid my $174 and was approved by a Doctor only to be told that something was wrong and the system couldn’t be updated. I proceeded to call Veriheal where I was told conflicting information. I called three times today with no help. The last person I spoke with said I would have to wait two weeks or longer for my profile to be updated. I then asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and no response. I contacted my local dispensary to be told that many people have complained about their service. I suggest people do more research and find some where else to go because their service was horrible.

Worst experience of my life. I paid an additional fee so that Veriheal would take care of all my paperwork. I was told by your representative that YOU would submit my doctor recommendation to OMMA. You DID NOT. You also put the date of my dr. appointment where my birth date should have gone, so OMMA rejected my application. I had to resubmit my application to OMMA THREE times due to your staff not doing what I paid an additional fee for. My wife will soon be getting her medical card and there is NO WAY on God's green earth that we will use Veriheal.

Wish i could say everything went smooth and efficient but i cant. After paying my dues and getting all the required steps done i waited patiently for 2 weeks and after no card came by mail i reached out and then was told to check for email from department of health. Well i did and was horrified to find my proof of address denied. The mistake was the doctor put me as a female in the MMJ use registry and my drivers license didnt match that so i waited almost 2 weeks for nothing just to find out i was rejected because of a messup on the docs part. It wouldnt be such a big deal if there was a way to get me a temporary card or make up for my lost time after paying the $200. I waited through all the recent holidays that wernt counted as business days and all this just sucks.(UPDATE 1/11)- i dont see anywhere where yall have sent me anything to fill out and my email is chadj1575@yahoo/com Anyways there isnt anything yall can do right? I just have to wait for things to get cleared up and wait 2 more weeks...

This is my 3rd year certified and first time having an issue. Approved 10/26 paid them their $199 and waited 3-4 weeks. Come to find out my approval was never forwarded to the state. I called Veriheal requesting it be done ASAP as I now have an expired card I can no longer use. Told me to wait 24-48 hours and they’ll forward, “again”. Called the state today 12/8 and they STILL have not received my approval! IF they do, it’ll be into 2022 before I even receive my new card. At which point I’ll be 2 months expired. Overly frustrating as I rely on this for pain management and cannot take other medications. *update no contact from Veriheal. After 2 unanswered emails I called. Swear my approval was sent to the state but in same breath say that my patient ID was bad? This was asked for after initial consultation 10/26 and sent again after 3 weeks of no cert from the state. No record of any of my calls or emails on their end. Giving it till Monday then I’ll need a full refund to go elsewhere.

***ScamAlert**BuyerBeware! Veriheal preys on you not understanding the system yet and leads you to believe you are getting your renewal online but it is a consult. Come to find out you cannot do a renewal with them online. But it asks what you are here for and when you click renewal it takes you to a place that signs you up for a 10-minute consult regarding things that you could look up on Leafly! I waited 4 days and when no word from my state, I called them. They treated me like it was my fault and that there is nothing they can do about it and would not let me talk to a Supervisor. So now 5 days and 80 dollars later, I don't have a renewal or a referral. BAD BUSINESS. Should have went local and not went with radio advertisements!!
