Scummy plans and no support
The company offer 10GB Disk Space and 150GB Bandwidth for 5 dollars per month but let you create 500 email address for a website hosting plan. I am wondering am I signing up for email hosting plan or website hosting plan. Not only that, I try to chat with them using tawk.to but they didn't reply me or anything. Probably just a dead company.

In regards to the plan, we provide cPanel hosting which provides both email hosting and web hosting, just like every other cPanel provider as very clearly shown on the website. In regards to using our tawk.to LiveChat, it was visibly shown to be offline during the time you reached out. To gain access to our standard support, you must reach out to us through Discord or by creating a Ticket, in which we'll be happy to assist you with any needs or questions necessary. We are still searching for new LiveChat employees.
