Verdi is a legit website hands down. Bought my refurbished Nighthawk RS300 and it’s working great out of the box. Love the price point on this refurb item too. So far so good. Thank you for a fantastic product!

So... I ordered these JBL earbuds in the beautiful teal blue color, and was very excited when they arrived. I was a bit disappointed when I noticed that they were black (they were functional, just not what I had ordered). I contacted the company, and while the color I wanted was out of stock, they gave me $10 off and refunded me the shipping cost for the oversight. They were very prompt and courteous, and I got the refund later that day.

Bought a shark refurbished vacuum from Verdi. It arrived with a wet filter in it. Thank god I wasn’t electrocuted’. After changing that, the vacuum still sounded like it was going to blow up. Wasn’t good suction at all. Found that the hose was plugged with a ziplock baggie. I complained asking for a partial refund because I wanted to keep after we got it working good. They weren’t willing to give partial credit, only send back and get refund. They didn’t have any other of this model so I kept. . Beware they don’t refurbish.

Great product - first one didn't pair - so they replaced it instantly with no hassle. Love the speaker! First timer with Verdi - highly recommend!
