The specific rep I spoke with (Peter) couldn't do anything about a situation that in fact, I caused, but he still spoke in a reasoable tone and helped me see how I could prevent the issue in the future. That tone was much appreciated.

Paypal cash-out error fixed as promised!
I truly appreciated Peter's quick and proactive assistance. My particular problem concerned a failed cash-out from Verbling to my PayPal account. I never once had to worry about how long the problem resolution would take because Peter provided me with the important details and an approximate timeline.
