I use your site once per week. I was able to find my current tutor who I connect very well with so that was a positive for me. I only found my current tutor on your site so I haven't been able to compare services with other sites. My hour long chats are typically flawless unless a service disruption in mine our my tutors area. So far I have been pleased in the 7 months that I have used your service.

The instructors are excellent but the video and audio quality is not always the best; therefore, learning this way via the Internet is not the best way of doing it. Yet, it is a good alternative to a one to one situation in the native country--if one cannot go there. We have used Verbling and other language websites and there are not many differences in their quality. Much depends upon the instructor you select. The higher the price one pays does not always guarantee the best choice.

I am happy with Verling, only if sound and image would be better and credit card bank commissions for paying on USD lower, in this case i would have given a five stars rating! ;-)

I DO NOT GET AS MANY STUDENTS ANYMORE LIKE IN THE BEGINNING WHICH MAKES ME SAD BUT OTHER THAN THAT ALL IS GOOD. GREAT TEACHERS AND NICE STUDENTS GOOD COMUNICATIONS WITH THE STAFF. REGARDING THE PLATTFORM THERE A JUST A FEW BUGS THAT WILL GET FIXED IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
