I love having classes on Verbling, it made me improve so much! But there are some things that bugs me a lot! First, the mobile app. It took a age to have it, and when it came, it's really really bad. It was a huge negative surprise for me, I was so excited about it! And I say this because I'm a mobile developer myself, so I know what I'm talking about. The other thing that I don't like about Verbling is that you removed great things, as the possibility to buy credits in advance (and save money with it), and the bonus referral. I've been spreading the world about Verbling for so long, I really feel that I should be rewarded for it somehow. On the other hand, the web application really improved. On the first few weeks I had to ask my teacher to move to Hangouts, because it was terrible to make a call using the new feature, but now it's a seamless process. The layout in general is finally clean and beautiful :)

I had problems with being charged twice of lessons. I get an error message that the payment didn't go through. When I go to pay again, I find out that I've been double charged. I've submitted an email but haven't heard back from Verbling. This is the only thing that's making me hesitant about using my credit card on this site.

My Verbling teacher is excellent, but in the past several months I have had intermittent problems with connections. Most recently I have been using the Verbling app on iPad for my classes, which was working very well. However, in my last class, we were getting kicked out of the classroom about every five minutes, which made it impossible to continue, and we ended the class after about 30-35 minutes.

Verbling provides an affordable platform to practice spoken English with native speakers; however, there are things that Verbling needs to improve: 1. Verbling needs to have a tool to export the chat or conversation of each lesson. Currently, there is none. 2. Verbling needs to provide a loyalty program that the more you buy, the more you save. The current 5 or 10 lesson discounts are not enough. Maybe, if a student can purchase 50 lessons, the discount will be better. 3. Verbling needs to have a tool that to fix a repetitive student's error either in his speech or his writing. If a student has taken many lessons and has the same problem as the first lesson, Verbling is not doing things right.
