My wife purchased lessons for me by mistake. I contacted Verbling within 10 minutes to inform them and ask for a refund. I did this in their chat option online and in email.It has been 4 days and after numerous more messages via the chat I still have no reply! The first email I sent received a automatic response saying they would be in contact within 48 hours. As I said above, it has been 4 days and still no reply. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!!

confusing web page. I just 'accidentally' paid for a lot of sessions that I didn't want! All I wanted to pay was for 10 sessions but because I couldn't find any Purchase / Confirm button, I kept clicking on the number of lessons I wanted and I ended up with a massive bill. I have contacted customer support to refund the extra ones.

My honest experiance about verbling is it is a good platform but some teachers engage in inappropirate flirting with their students , a russian tutor names :anna Romanova: has been exchanging sexual texts with my husband which is gone led us to divorce so please adress this issue and let your employees aware of ethical behaviours.. i am really frasturated about this teacher and her Cybersex activity. My first lesson was canceled a minute before it began. The instructor said he could not connect. 70% of the rest of my verbling lessons were also spent trying to establish a connection. We would go from verbling to hangout to Skype and back again. Although the instructors were all pleasant none had the slightest ability to determine my level and build from there. When some minimal barely acceptable level of connection was established, each instructor spent too much time asking about my goals and then proceeded to do what I'm sure they were planning on using regardless of my answers. Each showed script that was inappropriately difficult and would make references to different letters and words without the technology to point to the word or letter in question. Imagine sitting next to an instructor with a 50 year old textbook without the ability to even point to what they are talking about. This was a complete waste of money and time.
