Learning Italian has been a real challenge for me... I tried a traditional classroom setting and lots of apps. Struggled with all of them. I'm now making good progress using Verbling. My teacher pushes me steadily but is endlessly patient. I've been learning new content each week, but we also spend time "chatting" in Italian - which is incredible valuable. Setting up a weekly meeting holds me accountable for studying. Oh, and the cost is similar to what I paid for a local adult education class with 15 students! I like that the website handles all of the payments and scheduling, so my class time is solely focused on conversation and learning.
