Rude teachers, With super inflated ego. American are racists when facing latins. I have the worst experience in my life and never i want learn english with americans again.

From the teacher's perspective Verbling is inappropriate. They don't even answer if they don't need you

Don't use it because the website or…
Don't use it because the website or platform always breaks down during the lesson . Also the customer services are less effective and user will get email after 4days of submitting the request to the CS. So it's rubbish.

Hi Simon, I am sorry that your experience wasn't good. Verbling connection depends on many factors, it goes smoothly in 95% of the cases but if you made it to the unlucky 5%, please, send us URLs of the lessons and we will give you recommendations on what should be changed in order to get a better connection.

Dinero devuelto
Hola, la semana pasada compré algunas clases en Verbling pero al final no estuvieron disponibles. En vez de devolver el dinero a mi cuenta, tengo credits en verbling. Habria preferido que hubieran devuelto el dinero a mi cuenta.

Debería de tener flexibilidad para poder tomar clase sin vidocámara. They should permit to take the class without webcam.

Buenos dias! Esta flexibilidad existe. Al conectarse a la clase, se puede escoger conectarse solo con el microfono. Si tienes mas preguntas, no dudes en contactarnos en [email protected]

mal no he podido acceder y no se si la clase se puede recuperar o no...pero si al menos se cobra que este la hora entera por los problemas etecnicos no habia ninguan pantalla activa para entrar en la clase...

Two lessons scheduled, twice the teacher didn't show up...
So far I have scheduled 2 lessons... and neither time has the tutor turned up. The first session I received a message moments before saying they needed to reschedule, which was inconvenient but okay. However, the second time it was just a no-show. Pretty unacceptable and I will be hoping for a financial refund to spend elsewhere (not just credits).
