I have calls all day as part of my work, I use skype, MS Meetings, skype for Business, zoom, and never faced problems, but in Verbling platform is a nightmare, I really hate it, your online help is also terrible, I will spend the classes I already paid and I will switch to other platform.

I could hardly converse for 25 odd minutes with my tutor. Half of the time we wasted dealing with the technical glitches.

The worst customer service experience, it took the to reply on your email a week, and not forget the bad platform that most of the times doesn't work... For that you need to go Skype to continue the class... And even if you book 10 clases you are stuck with teacher... Because you thought he was good in the 30 min. trial.. Anyway it's a bad experience... I still have 7 classes with teacher and I would love to change the teacher... And I guess am stuck... Just finish the class... Adiós.

They don't have a customer service division so if you have any doubts they respond to your email in a week... The application is super bad alot of times didn't work with me...and the class section many times we couldn't work on it so we had to use Skype... If you buy 10 classes and after 4 classes you found rthe teacher have nothing to add you are stuck with him...
