I have enjoyed it but found many teachers are just copying Youtube videos. It would be great if there was a group lesson programme available as I feel it would help and motivate me more. If it had this I would give 5 stars.

My tutor is excellent, and I really enjoy my lessons. However, there are frequent connectivity issues and sound and video distortions. Also, the video boxes (even when the cameras are clicked off) block part of the text when we are on screen share. There have been multiple times we've had to go to Google Hangouts to finish the lessons. I realize some of the issues are due to my internet service, but there are far fewer problems when we switch to Google.

MY TEACHER IS GREAT BUT THE VERBLING PLATFORM DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK WELL. IT IS DIFFICULT TO LEARN ANOTHER LANGUAGE AND WITH POOR AUDIO AND VISUAL QUALITY, LEARNING THE LANGUAGE IS IMPOSSIBLE.

There was one time I needed immediate asistance from customer service but they replied me 2 days later so I am not pleased with the efficiency of the customer service.

Very good and useful service. The only pb is the network. Bad communication to learn a language is difficult.

Application: * Constantly reboots at start. * Currency is changing only after application restart * Constant problems with credentials (must re-enter) after application updates Web: * Regular problems with video during lessons * Rate lesson: while toggling 5 badges, you can't change you mind and untoggle one or more. Service per se: * Pretty much all teachers (99.99) have rating 5 and only good comments. The system with comments does not work
