VerblingReviews of verbling.com

Great platform, except for the app. Students can hardly connect on video using the app, which is very frustrating for both parties. Otherwise, I enjoy the flexibility it allows to create lesson plans and schedules.

Gracias.

My teacher deserve 5 star rating but Verbling Web & App Plat form need lots of improvement to it's Audio and video chat.

Stop use react native and use native apps

there have been a lot of connection problems, moments when the tutor and me had to terminate and start again the session. Also, make sure that you book the right session because if you change your mind, the session you cancel is changed into a voucher for another session and you loose your special price deal if you had one. The staff has been very kind to accommodate and give me back my deal as I changed many lessons and it is true that there are warnings about it, but I was very confused by the system (that might be me being easily confused, I don't know).

It was a nice service 3 years ago, when they had free practice groups, an opportunity to watch group lessons for free and other features. Now it's all gone and they even started to take additional fees from students. Nevertheless, I know several tutors on the platform, and they are really great.

I have had a lot of difficulty using the Verbling site! Skype is much easier to use! It takes the Verbling customer service days to respond.

Verbling is an interesting platform BUT having to pay EACH TIME some fees for some so-called "ameliorations"... which make the service worst, isn't a good idea ? For instance, when we want to select a teacher based on quality X, the sorftware computer chooses the declaration of the teacher which by definition will try to broaden all his knowledge in the goal of reaching as many potential students as possible instead of choosing the evaluations made by the students themselves. Verbling already takes 15% fess from the teacher, isn't enough ? I know other and better platforms as it comes to learning any foreign language and not only English.
