Cool and efficient platform. However, it takes time and money to find the most suitable teacher for each person.

Verbling for private lessons is excellent however it is costly. When Verbling had group lessons, where multiple people could share a class it was a 5 star experience. You were able to take multiple classes on multiple topics from different teachers. It's a shame that Verbling did away with group learning in a google chat format.

I like Verbling a lot. The only thing I don't like is that when purchasing lessons, I've noticed the default is to pay for 10 classes. If you're not careful, a student can accidentally purchase too many classes and Verbling doesn't give you your money back - it just provides credits to be used at a later date.

I've been using Verbling for a little over 1 year now. The Spanish teachers on the site are awesome. What I like most is that I can with confidence find a teacher that fits my schedule. At first I was nervous about chatting with a stranger in Spanish and afraid of my mistakes, that quickly disappeared. When they made the switch to their own video platform, my teacher and I had a few hiccups in the beginning with the tech but are now really enjoying it. The advantage is I have all my materials from lesson to lesson in one place now. Before, it was scattered in Google as docs and messages with my teachers. I was so glad they launched a mobile app. My one complaint with the app (and reason for 4 stars) is they didn't include Flashcards. It is available on the site, but not the app, which makes no sense as I would use it more on the go than I would on my laptop.
