I've done work with Verbatim Solutions for about a year now and they are great. They are very efficient with getting back on how long a job will take, and when it's an emergency job, they get back to you promptly. I'm giving this rating a 4 star instead of 5 because the beginning though, I had some problems though with the person that I corresponded with (he no longer with Verbatim), he would be late with the translations or overlook a job I sent and I would have to email constantly to remind him. But now I correspond with Rossanne and she's great. She confirms when she gets my emails and let's me know when the job will be done. I wish I could have corresponded with Rossanne at the beginning, if I did this rating would be 5 stars.

Working with Verbatim Solutions is easy and I was able to get a quote fast and have a fast turnaround time for my project. The only complaint I would have is that the translation was too literal so we needed to make some changes to the translated documents to make the documents easier to understand for the target population.
