I bought a ring that clearly states its Sterling silver and hallmark. I wore it a few times and the ring turn black and not looking silver anymore. I decided to take it to an independent jeweller and was told its not Sterling Silver but metal. I have allergy to metals and I was getting itchy finger and swollen. Only realised that it was the metal. I knew straight away that fortuna jewellery isn't real they fake. I have plenty silver jewellery and they remain shine and colour never change. After few wear you can clearly see the difference. I contacted Fortuna jewellery and was told that they have 14 days return policy and would not refund me my money. They knew full well that after few wear it will change that is why they have a strict return policy. My advise to fellow customers to be extremely careful and DO NOT buy jewellery from this company. 😡😡😡😡
