Was dissapponted at first,did not work got a hold of Nina she sent a replacement right away, works great.

I had a fan that just stopped working. I emailed them and explained everything . They replied very fast and worked with me for few days and we couldn’t get it fix, so they sent me a new. Got it in yesterday. Charged it all night and I’m back in business. Thanks for all the help!

An absolutely amazing fan. I take it with me everywhere, to work (I work on a building site, office based but we don’t have air con) so this fan makes life easier. I go on multiple camping trips, at least twice per month and this will comfortably last 2 nights without issue. And it sits next to my bed every night too. It’s lightweight, portable and stylish in the hard case. I haven’t really used it outdoors yet and not sure how well it will cope in light wind. I showed my boss this fan and he purchased one to take on fishing trips! He loves it too. Highly recommend this fan.

I can’t say enough great things about Venty Fan Company and their customer support. I reached out after damaging the USB-C charging port on my fan, hoping to simply purchase a replacement usb-c circuit board. Nina from customer support responded quickly and explained that they do not sell replacement boards, but asked for my order information to see what could be done. Although I was just outside of the one-year warranty period, Nina went above and beyond and checked to see if an exception could be made. To my surprise, I received a brand-new replacement fan today completely free of charge. In a time when great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Venty truly stands behind their products and values their customers. A huge thank you to Nina and the entire support team for their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to help. You’ve earned a lifetime customer!
