I have 4 of the original Venty fans and I love them. I use them for travel or for helping cool off around the house. When one of my fans stopped working, I contacted customer service and the response from Nina, was quick, and my issue was taken care of immediately.

Venty Fan has the best customer service. It has been just over a year since I bought my fan, and it stopped turning on. Customer service responded immediately to my request for help. After a bit of troubleshooting, they sent me a new fan! I'm a fan for life.

I absolutely love this fan! I waited and watched the advertisements for a bit before finally ordering it. Well, the fan is as good as they say! I have used it on my bathroom counter to my desk to other parts of my house. It is so handy not having a cord to have to plug in all the time. The fan blows so amazing at several different speeds. This was a great investment. I travel with a small fan all the time. This one came with a case, which makes it even better. I can’t wait to take it on our next cruise. Also, the box charger had been accidentally left out of the package when I received it. Customer service was so very kind and got it to me within a couple of days.
