This was a horrible experience from start to finish, at your own risk if you choose them for web designs. my business has been losing money because my site was not up to standards and William can be very rude when he is trying to guilt you into thinking you're the problem. if you want quantity, you in the right place because you are just going to get passed around if you are looking for quality, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I hired Venturewebdesigner to do my small business website using their $130 promotional offering as advertised on Instagram. Their sales guy was pleasant but always vague about the details I was asking about. Their contract was almost useless as it promised little in the way of concrete deliverables. They did a good job on the website, with a lot of help from me, for the price. But they never delivered my website to me. I asked for the WordPress admin credentials three times over two days, and they stopped communicating with me. They do not take my calls either. So, I do not have ownership of the website I paid for, and their business is a scam. Buyers beware!!!

Hi Jeff, We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience and want to assure you that we understand your frustration about not receiving the WordPress Admin Credentials. However, we want to clarify that we always create websites on subdomains for testing and quality assurance purposes before deploying them to the client's hosting provider. This allows us to ensure the website is fully functional and error-free before it goes live. In your case, we politely requested the credentials of your hosting service so we could transfer the website to your domain and give you full ownership. Unfortunately, we did not receive those from your end, which prevented us from completing the deployment process. We are committed to resolving this issue and ensuring your satisfaction. To move forward, we kindly request you to provide us with your hosting credentials so we can deploy your website immediately. Once the website is live on your domain and you have full access, we ask that you reconsider your negative review on Trustpilot. You can view your website that we created on our own subdomain by visiting the below link so you can understand that it is ready to go live on your hosting. https://cxjsconsultancy.peacehousecleaning.com We hope you understand and cooperate with us to resolve this issue. Sincerely, Venture Web Designer Team
