Very professional. And fast. I've used their services every now and again for US -> EU fund transfer (and conversion) and they deliver every time. Sad that my contact there left, but the new one is great too. Will work with them again whenever I need to conduct a new transaction.

Friendly, easy, uncomplicated. This is not the first transaction with Venstar Exchange, and all of them have gone really well. Customer service is very knowledgeable - when our beneficiary changed their banking details to"new account which needs to be further credited to an account at another bank" Axel from VE knew exactly how and what to do and the transaction was completed smoothly. We usually send payments for a few invoices lumped together, and none of our suppliers has not received a payment on time. When transacting with them, I always feel well taken care of. Communication is sufficient and clear, instructions about transfers are easy to follow. Definitely recommend them.

Venstar (Axel and Andre) were very successful in helping me transfer funds from Berlin to the US. In every step of the way, the service was polite, friendly, personal, expert and transparent. It's hard for me to exaggerate how excellent the service was.

I have been working with Venstar for several years now. My account representative, Andre Noce, has provided exceptional service the entire time. It has been great to have the continuity of working with one person. Andre is always extremely responsive and exceptionally helpful.

Both my daughter and I were in touch with you about the transfer of funds. We were truly delighted and grateful for your rapid responses, clear instructions, your thorough due diligence, and safe transfer of the fund to our account. Thank you and hope we will work with you again. Warm regards, Gowher
